No — we have no minimum order quantity. We work with customers from single prototype parts all the way up to large production runs. Whatever your volume, we're happy to help.
The more detail you can provide, the better. Ideally, send us your design files (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF), along with material specification, quantity, and any finishing requirements. If you're not sure what you have, just reach out — we can work with you from early in the design process.
We accept most standard CAD formats including DXF, DWG, STEP (.stp / .step), IGES (.igs / .iges), and PDF drawings. If you're working in a different format, contact us and we'll let you know the best way to proceed.
Turnaround times vary based on part complexity, quantity, and current shop capacity. We'll give you a realistic lead time estimate with your quote. Rush options may be available — just ask.
We work with a wide range of sheet metal materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more. Material thickness ranges from 24 gauge up to 3/8″ plate. Contact us if you have a specific material requirement and we'll confirm availability.
Yes — that’s one of our core strengths. We act as your single-source manufacturing partner, coordinating every aspect of the part from raw material to finished component. That includes all secondary processes — machining, plating, anodizing, powder coat, painting, and assembly — managed through our trusted vendor network. You send us one PO and receive complete, ready-to-assemble parts. No need to manage multiple suppliers or track parts across different vendors.
